What is Insight Level, and how do I build it?

Insight Level is a way to see how complete a picture your provider will have at your next visit. It builds as you log. Daily check-ins, your monthly symptom rating, and connecting a wearable all contribute.

The five levels: Faint → Forming → Clear → Detailed → Complete
